the house was so charming, the terrace was perfect, the pool is beautiful, the whole property is dreamy

but in perfect state, cosy and with all mod cons, clean, great views, friendly staff, gorgeous breakfast delivered every morning with enough food to cover lunch, the gardens are amazing, there

and a simple but nice breakfast brought to you at your -extremely spacious- apartment

there is a very good swimming pool, rock pools nearby, ancient maize water-mills and a pathways up into the hills

the setting has a wonderful peaceful atmosphere and faded grandeur and the kids loved exploring the absolutely huge (if somewhat neglected) gardens

there were wonderful walks around the quinta and a stream with a natural swimming pool, although the water was very cold

the owners and their kids are incredible hosts
