they have a lot of facilities for both adults and the kids
loads of things for the kids to do great swimming pool (lovely temperature) staff very friendly and helpful
breakfast and the kids loved the pool
kids enjoyed the games room
fantastic service, great food, quiet comfortable rooms and great variety of facilities esp for kids

kids streamed cartoons while we worked remotely
guests were smoking in the rooms so the fire alarm went off and i had to take the kids out at night
when i paid for my boyfriend and for my self we get in too much people and kids were around
lucky we are always up early as we have 3 young kids otherwise we would have been woken by barking too
times are a little restricted for kids but you can work around this

kids under 16can not stay in the jacuzzi.
the food was good although the kids meal of chicken strips came with 4 pieces and few chips with no veg option
was decent, surprised it was deep but options for the kids in a smaller food
spa was lovely however regulars moaning at the kids for having a swim which was
hopeless to try and get kids to sleep
