we arrived with two kids at 23:30 the receptionist asked a lot of questions, she or anyone helped with the bags

it s a family friendly hotel with good crib and kids club playing room
kids place wasn t open at all and there were very limited kid activities available
no kids allowed in the spa area, which makes for an even better relaxation time
