it is also quiet so most of the time we had the pool to ourselves

parking was super tight and they padlock it at night, but you can just park on the street
had a laundry, and it was well located
good downtown location. lovely pool area. roof top pool and gym were a bonus.
private complex with great pool near center of town 2 blocks from a huge grocery store
path going down to the basement for the parking area is so narrow, prone for the cars to get scratched

indoor pool is located in the center between all the rooms, feels a bit exposed, our kids did not use the pool
no hot water, pool is sized for kids, very noisy
delicious breakfast (we were disappointed not to have tried the restaurant properly as the menu looked fab -
breakfast every morning was great

gorgeous but, while the family-friendly approach is great, this does mean it was always full of kids playing
liked the swimming pool, and the place where we had breakfast (super good by the way) it was at the center of
the wifi was weak. it mostly didn't work in the room and was just okay in the restaurant area.
wifi was a bit erratic while we were there but there seemed to be a district wide problem with this
can't fault it. just beware of mosquitoes by the pool as sun goes down

to walk through the table seating area down one end (this is particularly treacherous for small kids as that
i was with young kids so biking was not a good (safe) option with traffic in tulum, say for beach trips
great location and aesthetically pleasing. kids enjoyed the pool.
