5 minutes walk away to expo, a cafe and restaurant inside, very friendly staff, clean, good wifi
service, location, cleanliness, coffee and tea bar on every floor, great restaurant and excellent value for
room service food is really bad, very noisy event venue near the hotel: loud music made it hard to
air conditioning a bit loud but manageable. wifi a bit weak in room.

that makes it hard for kids to enjoy their devices and for us parents to research food near the hotel, or even
to open the balcony door not enough te channels to watch,, manager came in to the room telling my kids to pack
we stayed 4 nights (family with 2 kids) and constantly had to run after towels; at arrival it took us 3 phone
my kids were tired and we have no place to stay
kids loved the pool. adults loved the big room and beds where firm!

charged us $40 for a towel that was stained although it was watermelon my kids cleaned up

very easy parking and access to property/rooms with eager-to-help staff available
the pool was kept clean, room service was always available, and the hotel it's self was about 10 mins away
they did not have the wifi passwords in the

too many kids... bathroom small... don't like the shower head
not like the fact that there were kids there
