impossible to have a relaxed meal there, we ordered room service every time during the entire stay
spa facilities are great (when they're switched on)

the pool is absolute highlight, specially when traveling with kids
the pool was clean and my kids enjoyed it very much
the kids were very comfortable
bit noisy, thin walls to be expected, but kids screaming at the pool and bar noise
loved the view to the pool- staff incredibly helpful with luggage and great attitude towards kids decor and pool

the space was clean and they provided enough towels, lounging areas and inflatables for the kids
personnel are friendly and courteous, miss blanca already knows my kids and she's is vere kind to them and always
when we arrived the bedroom they gave us only had one bed for two adults and 2 kids so they changed us, and
beautiful garden and play area for kids too
