the hotel is clean, elegant, welcoming, its facilities like the gym , pool and terrace are awesome
we didnt swim in the pool because it was always too busy

heated pool was definitely a winner for the kids, as was the playground
great play area for the kids
was superb, the only negative point was the pool which is very very small and mostly for kids
is great with kids
and the lack of a small fridge on the room is a high impact for thoose who travel with small kids

the pool and jacuzzis were clean and at a perfect temperature
30 in the morning on sunday in the hotel laundry room near our room
hotel was nice and clean. breakfast was amazing.
and i had to request for someone to bring out the pool towels on both days
