two small issues: the family size room was on the small side for a family with two kids

my kids absolutely adored our waiter, senor max, who was so sweet and kind and cheerful
surfing with the kids was such a fun experience safe, exciting, and unforgettable
pool was small (only one) and while very nicely appointed, often full of loud kids

also, there were no activities specifically for kids, even though the schedule showed kids activities
special shows for kids did not have any award (candy at least would be taken as a gift to the kids who participate
the beach is a little dangerous for kids but the location of the hotel was beautiful!

not really designed for young kids except the pancakes
this hotel was not adults only, which we didn t mind watching sweet mannerable kids enjoying the pool
sun loungers and towels out on the beach but they didn't set that up until 10am, travelling with kids, we were
sea stars and other small animals, but the rocks make it not ideal for swimming, specially for kids
no bikes for kids. if it was cheaper we would stay longer!

the pool had a lot of restrictions, but smoking was allowed, so kids could not play with balls in the pool,

wifi is constantly disconnected, and the restaurant in front of it was pretty bad.

fountain area is a bit dangerous with kids or if you have been drinking
then they stopped the water recalculation and started to do the general pool cleaning with kids i the pool

well located to visit the national park. food was great! pool isn t new but the kids loved it.
mind the river is very shallow during the dry season so it's perfect for first-timers and young kids

our kids could not do any of the adventure tour activities but they did enjoy all the waterfall
