5 minutes walk away to expo, a cafe and restaurant inside, very friendly staff, clean, good wifi
service, location, cleanliness, coffee and tea bar on every floor, great restaurant and excellent value for
room service food is really bad, very noisy event venue near the hotel: loud music made it hard to
air conditioning a bit loud but manageable. wifi a bit weak in room.

charged us $40 for a towel that was stained although it was watermelon my kids cleaned up
charging for early check-in. ridiculous hotel policies uncomfortable room service
- the front desk helped to set up an appointment with the spa and called our room to let us know when they were

my kids were tired and we have no place to stay
