the water in the pools were cold, and could be warmer (although the kids were not bothered)
were 2 grown ups and 2 kids (both 6), we had the superior bungalow, first of all the pictures and description

my kids slid down the natural water slide for hours
the pools are very nice and the area to walk and go over hill with a nice view is such a plus
perfect to disconnect as wifi is not that strong

the breakfast was very poor, the coffee cold and they charged extra for even the smallest things
there was supposed to be no smoking allowed, yet we had people smoking beside us in the pool and they were even
changed rooms because the two junior suites we had were a long way from the pool area and just faced bushes

casita where we stayed was not that comfy for a family with small kids, two levels with staircase, the attic
