were some noisy kids in the adult pool but staff quickly dealt with it
the resort shuttle could not take kids under 12 hence we have been using uber, no big deal but why would you
it would be awesome if they offered a kids menu at the restaurant or in room service
it was great to have the kids play and run by the lawn without anyone saying anything, while the adults enjoyed

in-room fireplace was pleasant
love the bar and how easy it is to retrieve your car
bars close early at 6pm. maybe there s the restaurant bar but not sure.
we had a garden and pool view from our terrace which we loved
natalie at the pool treated us like family

also woman in the pool filming a tik tok live while my kids swam was not cool
the only 2 kids channels on the tv weren't working
staying on the weekend there were tons of kids at the pool so impossible to go enjoy
the kids made lots of friends and never wanted to leave the pool
friendly, really good for families with younger kids and groups of families great pool / hot tub with pool bar

room was near the pool, and families with small kids have rooms near the pool, and small kids were noisy playing
we paid for the spa day so that we could swim in the bigger pool and it was well worth it
good facilities including the gym, swimming pool & laundry facilities
the pool had nice lounge chairs with umbrellas and plenty of towels
once i was allowed to turn into the property, most of the parking was all blocked off
