is very friendly and lovely, however a big shout out to pedro from the bar/restaurant and the kids' entertainment
the kids loved the duplex room as well
a group of young kids come out after an hour and clean the tables which is not a professional look, just feels
pool, gorgeous sea view, comfortable beds, family room which had separate room for the kids
booked the venue specifically for the kids to use the indoor pool and they were not allowed

hotel has lot of attractions, not just for kids
they offered kids activities during the weekend
the kids loved trying out bowling for the first time and had a great time in the play-park and pool
sofa bed for the kids was quite uncomfortable (extremely thin mattress); the one toaster in the large breakfast

only one elevator and it's relatively small, so not the most convenient to bring up bags and kids
the pool is amazing, they even have a kids pool with a slide
walking distance to ofir beach with a nice swimming pool for both adults and kids
like a lodge, trees outside, pool, the interior- very cosy atmosphere
also the parking was not prepared for a van

was great - location, appointments, cleanliness, facilities, room , restaurant, bar and availability/attention
an amazing time the room and the balcony over the swimming pool gave a real holiday feeling the bar in the hotel
super location, nice breakfast, great facilities ( tennis courts, gym, pool)

bar service by the pool could be better, without having to go up to the bar to order
speedy pool bar service would also make the experience 10 times
the breakfast was excellent
we loved the pool and 360 views of the beautiful vineyards, citrus trees and landscape
every view, whether from the room, the pool, or the garden, looked like a painting

came as i had to repeatedly go to reception and eventually ask to speak to the manager the kids pool , was booked
good location, offers pool facilities and swimming classes for kids
the pool is a little but outdated and restrictions to kids are a little over the top but we understand it is
my kids enjoyed the pool
our kids just adored the hotel
