i think they should at least be open on mondays bc that's what my kids wanted most

food was good, cocktails were strong, waterpark was great fun for the kids

beautiful resort with lots of activities to keep kids busy

even though we only brought 2 of our kids, we still needed more towels

chairs in the room was stained , looked disgusting , i could not sit there, the pool looked like its never been

also the doors in the room i understand why (it helps if you have kids so they don t lock themselves in) but

friendly and had exceptional customer service skills), loved that there was a splash pad for the kids and the

loved the pool & splash pad for the kids. loved the layout of the room

pad in the back was awesome for the kids and location is very convenient

when traveling with kids, that helps a lot

bell boy to help take luggage to my room ( it wasn't a very long time ) but, long enough for the kids to ask

resort it's awesome for the family alot of kids activities

very entertaining for the kids, the environment was beautiful and very clean.

i loved all the activities for the kids.

by sitting there we were also close to the bar/food, and where all the events for kids would take place
