was a misunderstanding with the price and how many kids should stay, we end up paying for an extra kid but
said they will change my bed and they never did, drinks are mostly ice with no flavor in tiny kids size plastic

wasn't very friendly to our big group with kids; i was very disappointed with this
room was nice but had that musty smell bar pricing was way to much
for buffets ( people fighting over toast - quote from restaurant personnel), food carts for room service

8pm and you couldn't take your own ice chest also that past of the beach was not pretty and the kids couldn't
let their kids run throughout the restaurant around peoples tables with the parent chasing them that is not
try and resort to the pool, definitely not a leisure type resort, more of a place to bring kids
i felt 1000%% percent safe while there and i'm already planning my next trip with my kids in june 2022

we re staying just overnight but servir was awesome and the kids even got to have a nice warm swim
was to much people at the hotel mostly alot off kids and it was a bit loud but other then that it was a great

with 2 kids under 2 and a family of 17 reserving 5 rooms, it was stress full to wait 5 hours for our rooms

the gated parking seemed very secure with a full time attendant only 10 meters from the car
