staff were having inappropriate conversations in front of my kids and were slightly rude
the hot tub did not work and the pool was very cold to swim in so the kids weren t able to use the facilities
there were kids yelling and running down the hallway
quiet and fun pool for my kids
was very friendly and even came to give my sons a free story book while we were swimming in the pool

staff always nice. and kids love the 24 hour pool
the plan was to go to the badgers game friday night and just let the kids swim all day saturday then return
know you cant fix this now, but the pool was way to small, we have 4 kids, didn't work to well:) also, the
kids were running in the halfway after 10 pm
television channels. some very inappropriate for kids. overall not very family-friendly.

very friendly and helpful front desk people. great pool for kids.
we had a 4am wake-up call and the kids were still running the hall and screaming at 11pm

no balcony room like i was told, no microwave, no tub in the room and i had two kids with me!

my kids and i were comfortable and the staff was very nice.
i think they were a children's' team of some sort and, while we have no issue with kids having fun, the
having 3 kids and getting to bed later then usual, we didn't complete morning duties until 9:15ish
staff was friendly, pool was fun for the kids, breakfast was decent.
