the new pool is spectacular for babies and kids
the pool area is very nice and clean, and everything is thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay
they said laundry service was free and took one day, it took three days and multiple calls to get my clothes

the wifi does not work unless you sit at the reception outside and even there it is very weak and
the breakfast was perfect every morning, and very friendly

the pool is very nice. and the location is great
i especially enjoyed spending time by the pool, which was clean and had a great view
some people at the lobby bar were not very friendly

staff in the breakfast ( the ladies serving food) were very rude, not even an smile didn t want to get more
were working with power grinders at the pool fixing tile for two nights we were at the pool
the hotel was not cheap (we had to pay more than 1000 usd for 5 days without breakfast), normally i don't complain
