was where our room was situated right next to the elevator and entrance/exit to the car park my kids found it
so much entertainment in this hotel, for kids and adults
readiness as i was able to checkin couple of hour earlier which helped a lot specially with 3 kids travelling

breakfast was a little pricey for what it was. we paid for kids despite them only eating toast.

with two kids with us it was a delightful experience

the hotel is modern, spotlessly clean and has great facilities for kids.

there were petit fours in our room and a little box of two truffles in our kids' room
to enjoy a relaxing night away but upon arrival we discovered that the hotel was packed with kids and santa and
food in the bar was lovely, staff very friendly, room was amazing
beds comfortable. room lovely. staff throughout the hotel lovely. bar food great.
lovely grounds and rooms restaurant and bar food was exceptional

kids menu portions were tiny and even portion for adults example burger & chips was small for
very limited time in pool & changing area so if you are pregnant & have kids i wouldn't advise it
kids club starting at 4 i have a 2 year old who would of loved kids club
