shower door was missing, toilet wouldn't flush correctly, bathroom door had to be slammed, wifi didn't work at
very nice room for the price. secure parking. helpful, courteous staff. nice looking pool area.
can do wherever they want in the parking lot, you are not allowed to take guests in the room, but guest can play

there was a nice grassy courtyard with a pool and wading pool for kids
in the rest areas they have they only permit drinking water near the pool not even juice for the kids
our request to change one room to be closer to the other room so thag we could be closer to our kids
only one pet is allowed and they allowed 2 small dogs that we travel with for 500 pesos each
night before we were supposed to leave they cut out our wifi so we had to call to get it reinstalled, why would

left a kids pajamas under the pillow
pool and was refused service which was ok since glass and pools don't mix well, especially with kids around,
pool was not clean.
i enjoyed the gym near the pool and imagine it would have been nice to enter the pool if it had been warmer
they open room service at 6 am. i'm an early riser. nothing what's open at 5 am

even better for families: there is a play area inside the restaurant so the kids could play and get some energy
they have a normal size pool and then a small one for kids
the pool was perfect and the pool bar was a nice touch
room service food was way below expectations.
