two pool areas where gorgeous, the rooms are a good size
a short car drive to the private pier with parking lot from where a short boat trip will take you to the hotel
when we were at the pool and they were looking for us for breakfast, the waiter came and brought our breakfast
no hot water, for this price i expect a high end bathroom experience, the water was cold the mini bar was empty
breakfast service was slow, and we were charged for second coffees when most hotels include a fill

the swimming pool was nice
they let us use the pool late at night
bathroom toilet had continuing problems including not flushing and leakage of water which pooled on the floor
they also provided secure gated parking
