are a lot of pigeons around the area and although the hotel is trying to keep the areas clean the pool could do
especially the location, decoration of hotel, room interior, free parking, breakfast
nice staff, good bed, pleasant breakfast
everything was amazing, breakfast delicious, room and wc look like new and an amazing view ~
unfortunately, we missed breakfast as we decided to sleep in

food is not really good, especially for kids

stayed in a suite and the hotel provided two extra beds for our kids without any extra charge, what was very
loved the vintage space, the kids space, the games/library room, the tea room
everything is perfect here for adults and kids
the breakfast is excellent, the rooms are very comfortable and the playroom is outstanding
in the summer time you can relax by rhe swimming pool

it is possible to dine al fresco in the courtyard, where kids can play while parents sip on their alentejo wine
water in pools was cold (even in kids pool)
pool was great for the kids
perhaps it wasnt too kids friendly as i would have imagined

menu (or even a more simple bar or restaurant service) with more vegetarian options and also kids meals
the pool is fantastic for the kids however, on the second day we notice that all our swimsuits were yellowish
furthermore had a lot of kids in the hotel, we were slightly overwhelmed by this and their
all the staff are extremely friendly and available, from reception to the breakfast staff and the pool staff

kids pool was filled with black paper tissues or plastic (not sure)
the kids and the adults loved the pool area also which was a wonderful area to relax with a restaurant
control a bit the kids in the pool area as they could cause accidents and annoy adults
is a cheap quality (in terms of food, bed/sleeping, pool) hotel with extremely noisy families (kids yelling and
the pool was a vacation all on its own. there is a shallow pool for the smaller kids too!
