at around 21 there was a queue of 5 families waiting to check in with our family with 2 small kids and only 1

partially low or even missing internet connection within the room; the hired animation ladies for kids entertainment

hotel seems more used to large groups, for our entire stay (2 weeks) it was packed with school kids that were

from the dining room was deafening as there was a school trip of about 50 children doing what kids do

not very inviting looking self-service machines, which was very mediocre - towel rental for pool should be free

quiet beach, excellent for kids, near supermarket

it s a nice, clean 4 star hotel with small pools for family and kids

some pasta for example would have been nice for the kids instead of 2 different kind of fish

com failed to announce that hotel accept school trips and kids with special needs

small beds when we asked por a big one, small tv, no mini bar, bar of the hotel closes early, no room

you had to basically walk over kids to be able to in and out of the

one female member of staff behind the bar seemed to not be able to understand a beer please in english,

however the only minus about the hotel - we couldn t extend our late check out on the day of the departure

close to the beach. various choice in breakfast and dinner. swimming pool. many activities

everything. breakfast over all.

kids love it

was too cold - couldn't stay in it for longer than a few mins and kids lips were turning blue

restaurants are suited to spanish time dinner not opening until 8pm , kids got a bit grumpy but nothing really

was in spanish so it was bit difficult to know where and what is then the program for example for kids

clean fresh rooms, nice food lots of selection, kind caring staff, good swimming pools for kids, near shops

only open for about 6 hours so had to use the pool bar which was crowded with guests smoking and kids screaming

a shout-out to the wonderful breakfast room staff

you have to pay 10 to use the gym, and it s not worth it, the machines are old and outdated

location excellent gym excellent cleanliness and housekeeping excellent

spa was nice but cold water in all the showers, could be cleaner

the gym could have been a bit cooler

the breakfast was rather disappointing in options included

breakfast was excellent and the slides were well

the breakfast buffet had lots of choice, as did the dinner menu

breakfast and dinner are good

nice stay even with small kids, friendly stuff, good breakfast with many different food and drinks (even

you are situated at see side, you have to understant that you will have a lot of families with kids or babies

shower in bedroom was a bit unusual. not much to do for kids

no connecting rooms, so if traveling with young kids, parents need to be in separated bedrooms

lots of sun loungers and a bar close to the pool

the drink prices in the bar and restaurant were very reasonable, and we will return for

wifi old system

couldn't use the swimming pool.

there is a man at reception who clearly does not enjoy his job very rude and not welcoming of kids

the swimming pool is very small and in the afternoon/evening it's full of kids, so no chance of having a proper

check-in made a first impression bad after the early flight as the kids were sleeping on the reception sofa and

they had a class of kids who was playing tennis/ swimming in the pool, and they where making a lot of noise

every day the kids club run from hotel have access to pool and is very busy

pics look glam but it s a bit fake sounds : maybe i was unlucky but i heard many kids voices and even people

) there's a kids area too

she enjoied the kids pool, the food and the beautiful view from room's terrace

for my son the kids club was fantastic in special the girl sandra

the gym facilities were great, they had a kids club (though only found out by chance), and plenty of restaurants

think the spa timing for kids could be increased even by 30 mins as 1 hour just isn t enough i feel

like we could've been given a better check-in experience in terms of telling us there was a kids club, and then
