hotel is more for families with kids rather than couple or group of friends

also i think the facilities are basic for what you pay - pool is a kids pool almost and definitely under sized

was excellent, only a few blocks from ado station, was a small apt with seperate kitchenette and dining area
they also have a really nice pool area to relax

we stressed a bit with the kids and beach towels/keys because of very high fees for losing anything

with a ocean view was for adults only, so if you have a kid or a teenager you only can use the kids pool, far

also, when leaving we noticed they had activities for kids at the kids club which we weren't informed about
property was very pretty, they have an adult pool which was nice since we travel with no kids

our kids were 24 & 25 and there were alot of young adults for them to hang out with

the hotel also organised activities during the day, which was nice especially for those that had kids on the
on the last floor above us there was a family with kids running until 1am, making a lot of noise
everybody was safe, and they say it happens in many resorts but kids freaked out for some time
we loved the area, breakfast and lunch where the best, although very little selection for kids.

next door has bigger and more facilities and that can come in useful: there tennis court and more kids stuff
our kids loved every minute of it and looked forward to going every morning
our kids loved it, me and my husband loved it and will be definitely come back here

staffs are so friendly and helpful, good activities for kids, a good show every night, zumba, good vibes and
im single so lots of kids but had adault pool so no big deal

also kids at the swim up bar was not cool
two pools felt heated one with a swim up bar and kids section

kids club is recommend for those who are traveling with kids to keep them occupy with a care taker

we especially loved the beach area and the kids really enjoyed the slides in the family area too

pool is small truly a kids pool but you have the beach/ocean
you have to leave the car/taxi 3 blocks away which is a nightmare after a long haul flight with 2 kids and
couldn t get a juice at the bar other than orange but the menu had more choice

the only minor improvements i would suggest are regarding the theatre and the kids club activities
is small but good for 3-4 days trip with kids, the entertainment team and kids club team was good for kids
although there were families and kids, it was easy to have some peace and quiet
our kids love the pool and the beach so clean ,they tried to keep the sargassum to a minimum
while the buffet was great, the options for kids in the restaurants was very limited.

the pool on the top of the hotel has a better view, less kids and a swim up bar
the best part was no kids running around screaming and splashing in the pools
beach is rocky and would be difficult for kids and those unfamiliar with how to navigate rocky waters

that the pool is around 6ft deep in all areas so not great if you re not a super confident swimmer
