attended a wedding the managers were rude to the kids servers and never smiled once it was not nice experience

was very hot at night, we were unable to open window due to being on a higher floor with the kids who could have
stayed 4 nights as a family of four (kids aged 4 & 6) and had the perfect stay, we didn t want to leave
