in pic was very deceiving it s a kids pool would have wanted a nicer place for my
heated pool for the kids (the jacuzzi was cold on the morning when we tried it)

also, the surrounding area is not safe to walk around in at night (and especially with our small kids), so we

the pool was very cold, so not much to complain about. kids still swam and had fun.
we were placed on a floor where there were many kids running and yelling in the hallway

very spacious and excellent location to walk to la sabana with kids
i already recommended this to my family who will be coming down; party of 6, husband, wife and 4 kids
we were awoken multiple times throughout the night by a families screaming kids
that worked out very well for our group of 3 (2 kids and 1 adult)

the only problem i found was not getting any help with the luggage, i was traveling with my two kids, to stay
they didn t have a game room or board games a must for a family w kids.
guess my kids would have liked the pool to be heated but no big deal
breakfast is fine, it has a great swimming pool (suited for kids of all ages), a nice store, etc
it was empty the 2 days we were there and even my kids couldn't take how cold it was
