breakfast was lovely ,many options provided, staff were so accommodating, i had small kids and travelled without
the kids club allowed us to eat dinner in peace

beautiful hotel on a huge estate with the most amazing kids club i have ever seen
no bar food meant all the kids were in the restaurant, not a five star dining option.
we go here as a treat without the kids
pool is very basic, kids pool is very small, i expected much better pools from a 5stars hotel
too many kids running all over the hotel bar and reception. ruined the ambience.

we ate dinner in hound restaurant 2 nights- really good kids menu and full vegan/vegetarian menu available too
recommend highlighting to guests (particularly those without kids) that the pool times are for adults only from
from the moment we were met by david, to the kids pack and the food, especially breakfast

hotel , family room had separate area for our kids , with they're own tv and earphones each
the playground was actually a great facility for us with all the kids
even the 1 night they dont have the kids club on, they do a disney dinner with characters at no extra cost
