our kids are grown but it is a good place for families
the kids over top of us got up at 6:30 am and all morning and into the early evening yelling slamming
awesome brand new serenity swimming pool and a wonderful kiddie pool
the newly added serenity pool and spa even though i didn t use either
the parking

didn t get a chance to visit the breakfast bar but my kids had no complaints about it so
so myself and 4 kids were up moving rooms and no one from the hotel offered to help
over the years we have always use haytt place esepcially when we our kids were younger
my nephew birthday on the party we discovered that the hotel never had heated pool, therefore the kids cold not
kids working the late shift
