the kids club was great, the kids really enjoyed it and myself and my husband enjoyed a quiet meal
caught out by the swim hat rule cost 30 for the kids and myself

was a bit noisey with chiildem running all over the hotel in a kids club
was mid-term when we booked but apart from one or two families there was very little noise as the kids were at
the staff are amazing, great facilities for kids, club kids it s a plus.

bar very busy & noisy with young kids, not good for a romantic meal
only issue i had was that kids could only use the pool up to lunchtime and from 6 to 8 in the evening
pool should be open to kids all day and not restricted times

stayed with our 3 kids and had one of the most spacious family rooms we ve ever had
staff seem use to kids which was a bonus

maybe your vending machine for the kids kept taking the 1 coin and wouldn t give
myself and 2 kids had a great time, everyone was so helpful and friendly, lovely hotel to stay
staff was so polite and helpful there was loads of entertainment for the kids it was lovely night
very friendly, even did a kids check-in which made them feel very important plus they got goody bags which they
well that's my mistake , but she ridley took the phone and yelled at me infront of the kids

the kids club was great, big bright room with loads of toys to play with

we were all very happy with our stay, so much the kids were asking when we could go back

friendly hotel, there was even a santa visiting in the lobby for the kids :) nice leisure centre great food in
attended a wedding the managers were rude to the kids servers and never smiled once it was not nice experience
nice little tea parks and good way to walk with the kids before bedtime without leaving the hotel

restaurant food, overpice for the quality and waiting times just too long for family with young kids

rooms were huge nd pool was brill for kids my son love going down swimming also close to all things near
salthill is a great area with many different places and activities to keep us and the kids entertained

nice warm pool, great for the kids, all really enjoyed it, very quick room service even that they had wedding
ideal accomodation for a luxury getaway with great food, a comfy bar, kids club, gym and indoor heated pool,
