probably a nice place for families with kids but as a couple we would have appreciated a bit more style
the pool was closed for the winter, but all the pools we came across were closed
cannot be beaten on the lake, plenty of parking
location, very friendly staff, view of the lake, terrace, huge parking.
we had a rental car so it was very easy to get in and out and the public parking right outside hotel is free

location for us as my kids raced at the jerez circuit on the weekend, just minutes away room size is ok, but
in the room swimming pool unsupervised with kids messing around with no parental control expensive
the wifi was not good in the room and tv could be upgraded but over all it was good and 10 mins from
a mini bar and a table and chairs

buffet food wasn t good at all the swimming pool in construction not accessible no kids entertainment or
actually, i just wanted to get the same rate for the extra fee for the kids which is offered by
moreover, we have chosen this hotel for the splash a swimming pool for the kids but what a bad surprise

kids pool wasn t too clean and the floor was damaged an there was no sign or anything to cover it
waterpark area for the kids was open but so dirty and unkept, i did not feel safe to let my kid play or swim

they were not clear that it would cost extra to use it and there is only 1 hr a day whey kids can go in
very friendly staff. good breakfast. very clean and nice pool. good hotel for kids.
which is fine but wasn't told this upfront before booking this is also for 40 mins only and kids have restricted
usually kids do not bother us but this party was held for at least, in our estimation 40 kids plus parents
barman was completely disinterested in serving us, even though we were a group of 10 + 8 kids

have to pay extra money for the kids bed i did book family room i will not going there any

breakfast was 15 eur per person (even for the kids, they could have make a discount) - there was no other way
clean great breakfast helpful staff on front desk pool is lovely excellent place to stay if with kids and want
big bed and quite a big sofa definitely could accommodate a family of 3 and most likely 2 kids could even fit
beautiful blank canvas that they have decorated really weirdly in places - no offering for kids beyond a freezing

our kids ages 13 & 10 have thoroughly enjoyed themselves especially the spa which is available in the
very friendly staff, super clean rooms and large enough for a family with two kids
our kids really enjoyed the play are on the property
the kids club works wonderfully; my 4 years old daughter loved it
