we wanted to stay in the hacienda, but our rooms were outside the property in the golf club nearby

rooms look like a 1970s condo in florida- very tired, lousy sheets, sparse kitchen, limited hot

hacienda had different things to do; horse riding, pinpong, little football, tennis, sqash and a pool the rooms

pool was too far from rooms, water was not warm, there were not many chairs to sit and hard to find

we wanted to have access to the facilities of the hotel like the restaurant and the pool, but we were too far

parking was super uncomfortable

staff from kitchen / restaurant were amazing, they remembered my preferences for my everyday breakfast and

the gym is very well equipped and has everything you need to make a 2 hours exercise routine

great buffet nice pool and playground for kids very good location

but then again its not that a big of a deal as my kids loves swimming in every hotel we stayed, and compared

there s not a kids area
