we were told on arrival that we had to pay an additional 600 euros so our kids could sleep in our room

i asked by phone before booking and also in the reception if the kids could swim in the indoor pool, which they

i was there were many large sport groups of kids, so it was busy

staff were excellent. kids club and yoga brilliant at the pool. reasonable prices for snack bar.
my only feedback here would be more child friendly entertainment at night (aside from the kids club)
