the staff was very kind and had put the food i had in the hotel kitchen fridge

the shower was clean and powerful, the wifi was great, staff were lovely, and the mattresses were super comfy

24hr bar but bar for alcohol was only open 11am until 11pm only open for coffee ect rest of time

reception area was undergoing refurb - so no seats breakfast or bar area should be lovely when finished but was

hotel,clean,excellent breakfast,fantastic,helful staff,a short bus ride into elche,great location for overnight

spacious and clean, host and personnel super caring and friendly, perfect place for families with kids

the location is great, kids room is a huge bonus

communal playground for kids is fantastic the flat as all you need to cook and feel at home

had a great time and the kids loved the play area

there were some toys and books for kids in the lounge

the kids ate everything in sight and staff did not replace food or plates etc

what was worst was that they charged for kids, toddlers probably even infants
