lunch and dinners at the buffet restaurant could have had more variety and a few more options for kids
i liked the breakfast buffet and how quiet it was. not too busy.
wifi was terrible
bar staff are very inattentive and slow
to dinner, no animation, harassment from minute 1 from a guy that try to sell tour and the spa package

i booked the hotel on purpose just for the waterpark because of my kids, but i guess it's not the hotels fault
are really good as i mentioned in positive part (fitness, aerobic), but sometimes disturbed by kids and also
staff was polite, there are quite a lot activities for kids
sausages were tasteless, thus kids don't have many options to eat
nice resort by the beach in sal. nice pools and beach bars and nice facilities for kids
