convenient to cable car station, burger king for kids, close to little saigon and china town

the staff is a bunch of kids with no service

booked a room for 2 adults and 3 kids upon arrival i was told the rooms only accommodate 2

we were with kids this we were thankful for the arcade area and the free coffee in the morning

that the advertised room service delivery robot wasn t working at all during our stay as our kids were excited

updated rooms and great safe location for me and my family and young kids.

neighbors upstairs were very noisy and kids running around the halls throughout the night

there, they upgraded us (without request) to a large family suite, with a king bed & 2 queens, my kids were over

there s no one in the front desk, we waited almost half an hour with hungry, impatient kids waiting

staff were very friendly and overall it was a good place to stay with kids
