pool area not usable because it is not cleaned

there is no hot water and no wifi

the food was delicious, the room was spacious, it was very pet friendly and they accommodated us last minute

wifi only available in the restaurant or the games room - again nowhere comfortable to sit

the pool hasn't been cleaned in a while but with the cooler temperatures, we didn't feel a need to swim

rooms were spacious and lovely, with fresh flowers, towel animals, and a cozy fireplace

i need prosthetic job on my knees so i found the steep trails from parking lot/restaurant/pool a little difficult

unfortunately they struggled to prepare the spa for a massage appointment that we had booked 24 hrs in advance

you can enjoy the temazcal (steam room), the pool, gym or get a massage

gardens, pool, food

beautiful and comfortable, parking, hot water, huge bed, good food....

parking was very easy and accessible

good location , parking lot, free breakfast. good staff very nice people.

the location is good. the hotel has its own parking

the wifi however was good and hot water was available
