aircon had no issues, a very nice stay, especially for a family with kids

we had a single bedroom, which had a pull-out couch for the kids in the main living area

the hotel has two pool areas - one for kids and activities and the other is a quiet area with a jacuzzi -
would recommend to have a kids club for age younger than 4 yo, and have an indoor swimming pool for kids to use
