clean, and quiet - the common area was bright and friendly (as was the host) and the continental breakfast was

super friendly staff, very comfortable accommodation, exceptional freshly baked muffins for breakfast

full kitchen with dishwasher and would be perfect for a family

shelf above sink in kitchen needs larger shelf brackets, tilts forward , so things on it wont slide off towards

very noisy kids in courtyard, screaming. parents allowed this and didn t curtail the behavior.

i didn t realize i booked a room with bunk beds/ a kids room

my kids were disappointed with the game room

game room was fun after snow tubing all day with kids

kids loved the bunk beds and having their own space

the only thing to mention would be the confusion around whether kids can come to new year s party or not

our kids were going crazy from waiting so long

set up unfortunately limited recreational activities during our stay, which i believe was when kids returned to

were very short-staffed over a holiday weekend and need to be more strict on how people use the pool (example-

no swimming pool as advertised.

nice condo for a family with small kids

with family it is nice to have a private balcony to have personal adult time when the kids are chilling out

breakfast, the room was very clean, they have a shuttle bus to winwood resort, enough parking

were very nice, and a mini kitchen was a big plus
