swimming pool was olympic good size but to deep for kids
this visit, it was quite noisy at night as there were a few kids around on a school trip slamming doors and
hotel ever ,no kids,tram 2football fields away,swam in the lagoon every night
the kids ate everything in sight and staff did not replace food or plates etc
there were some toys and books for kids in the lounge

we felt the cost of having a pet in the hotel was too high and does not compare favourably with other ibis

loads for kids to do- pirate ship water playground, slides, safe baby pool, soft play centre, kids club,
the staff were friendly and helpful, there was plenty of food choices and entertainment for both kids and adults
the kids were kept occupied by going in the pool or the entertainment staff
is lovely, staff is very friendly and helpful, hotel has everything what you need, for kids a lot of attraction

it is not maybe really suited to kids with all the areas de silencio - they seemed to gravitate to one particular
also it was a shame the zen pool had so many kids it would have been better as the adults area
staff super friendly and professional (apart from kids club), close to airport and easy to get to
lovely landscaping, great spa, lovely restaurants, good kids club. great heated pools (two)
for kids they have a very nice mini club and there are some activities which are not free but very good
