then, one of the kids' meal was wrong, some items were forgotten, the waitress was completely lost and kind of
staff hotel facilities for the kids
and the dinner chef was more than expected, especially the out-of-menu dishes they made for our kids
it is a kids friendly hotel in general, however there is no kids pool
lots of different things. food for kids and not too much but everything at the right portion

is our second visit at cerdeira, such a wonderful place to stay, as a couple or with kids
welcomed us with a cup of cofee and showed us to our private house, complete with fireplace, kitchen with
with a lot of luggage is a challenge, as the car parking is far away and you need to carry the luggage along
- wifi is quite fast
i really need that :) the breakfast was delicious and the staff super cool

to visit conimbriga roman villa site as well as the local museum on romans, which is perfect for kids, but also
very kids friendly, the premises are large and well equipped
the hotel has a huge space with grass but very small kids playground and/or other services or facilities which
love the kids facilities and indoor pool
beautiful location and a nice open garden with great view kids enjoyed the playing room

too noisy with kids
staff and other guests made little or no eye contact. reception 3 floors above parking.

free motorcycle parking was available directly outside the hotel reception, which provided some peace of mind

walls are rather thin and if you have a bunch of screaming kids in the room next door, well, good luck
the two social rooms with the fireplaces are a 5 star treat
the twin peaks vibes are spot on. great fireplace
communal area and bar could do with renovation, they seem quite outdated
only one power point, very noisy hotel possible because there is little sound installation, wifi is terrible

the staff was excellent, friendly, helpful. the breakfast was very good. parking was perfect.
everything you'd expect, big tv, good wifi , nice bathroom
pool was open mid october which was great as still very hot
and really looked after us , we had parked in the open car park and were offered secure parking is we wanted
