the room was very good, the fireplace was wonderful it was gas and you only needed to turn it on or off
no restaurant open and no room service available
tub was not operational until the day we were leaving and there was no operational restaurant or room service

pros: rooms are service were exceptional; beach access; beautiful 2 pools; great restaurants and food; walking
excellent pools and pool animation
room was spacious; gym was amazing; breakfast buffet had so many options
the guy also lied that we only paid for a continental breakfast but we actually paid for a full breakfast
we reported it to the hotel immediately on monday when we came back from the pool in the afternoon
