we love the pool all the amenities you can go scuba diving or snorkeling right there
the resort is in need of an update. the wifi didn't work for hours at a time.

recommendation would be either to get in the water or to go near the bar area where they don t typically go

the beach and kids zone were fantastic
we were traveling with our kids (4 and 2 years old), and they added a bed at no extra cost
one king room for us, and 2 additional rooms (each with 2 queen beds for our 5 kids)
the girls at the kids club are super sweet with the kids
we loved our stay and plan to go back with our kids

we couldn't reach the manager for a while so had to deal with super loud music during our breakfast and pool
the breakfast was lovely
that being said the breakfast was as amazing as ever
the food from the hotel restaurant is very basic and the breakfast is the same standard as a basic hostel
the facility had a pool onsite and we could go down to the ocean to swim

environment of the hotel was friendly, all nature around, nice for the kids and adults and they had a excellent
unique place, ideal if you are travelling with kids.
pool was amazing for kids under 5
some fruit for the kids since we mentioned our daughter likes fruit
gardens and outdoor space was big and great with the kids

only one, quite small pool that was overcrowded with kids playing
lifeguard is kind and on the ball - very very comfortable bed and air conditioning in the room - bar generous
and hair dryer did not work - ac does not have a remote - wifi sucks - food is terrible, at least breakfast -
they didn t explained correctly how to get the beach towels or how to use the laundry services, extra time
has place in the beach, nice pool, and a really nice all inclusive

paid the subscription (price of one night) they assured me that there was parking, i also wrote to the hotel
