fantastic for kids

we were a family of 5 with 3 kids under 6

staff were helpful, facilities were clean, and the kids had a ball.

place, small things that would make it even better: heated outdoor pool for kids all day food and snacks at pool

bathroom had a nice spa bath which we would have used if we had more time

value for money, cheap and convenient parking (free options available as well), nice kids corner at the entrance

there was small zone with toys for kids in lobby

choice of having an exterior park for kids ,other things would be great but i understand it changes the ethos

the team organising the activites went above and beyond to make sure all the kids and some of the adults enjoyed

reception area was undergoing refurb - so no seats breakfast or bar area should be lovely when finished but was

the pool wasn't open until june and the motorbike parking could have been a lot cheaper as i didn't use

and very comfortable, excellent bathroom with a great shower, room had balcony, safe and good wifi which was

the wifi was terrible in the room ok down stairs the bar wasn t open

lots of activities for the kids, both pools are great, the kids one has a mini water slide and water fun
