the main thermal baths are open to the public, were overcrowded and felt like a pleasure park for kids

we like the spa but too many kids in there. had to pay extra for full spa experience.
also dinner is quite late if you are with kids 20:00 or 20:30 in near restaurant
no playgrounds for kids..
bar closing during the day so limits options a little especially as hotel check-in 3pm
when we checked out we were still allowed to use the spa for the whole day. very peaceful.

place to stay but make sure there are no kids football teams staying there

staff can rude eg not giving water from a tap in the gym very slow service on saturday when busy

communal playground for kids is fantastic the flat as all you need to cook and feel at home
the location is great, kids room is a huge bonus
spacious and clean, host and personnel super caring and friendly, perfect place for families with kids
guests checked in later with their kids running and screaming in the play area which was right outside our room
had a great time and the kids loved the play area
