i liked the kids room although i feel there could be more toys available
i always ask for the highest floor to avoid have kids jumping on my head in the morning

dinner was ok but even though they did not have a special kids menu they did try to make

asked we always got what we wanted, but it would be great to have a buffet table just for the kids, at their
hotel, back your windows is unhas de serra and the swimming pool is thermal water so kids won't be feel cold
if you don t have kids, prepara that there are a lot of them.

nice location, indoor pool was great as well as the breakfast. great for families with kids.

it has a kids club, several gonfables, games and toys and a babysitter service from 6pm to 12pm
even during the christmas, with many kids and babies staying in the hotel, there was no candies or cookies
some facilities were closed like the kids play room.

we went with three kids aged 8-12, and that was good, yet the hotel does value peace and quiet and relaxation
were a lot of children there - all lovely kids but we just wish this had been more obvious before we went as we
having two young kids wanting to race around and jump in pools probably didn't quite fit in to the surroundings
we think the hotel probably caters best for older tourists, rather than young kids but for a two night stay we
they were also great with kids

i thing that for the size of the hotel, the place could have another one (maybe one just for kids)
we had a suite with 2 rooms that was great for a couple with 2 kids
with lots of kids running about it made a lot of noise in the room
the hotel's fault but there was a lot of annoying kids and parents who didn't care to keep them under check
the sauna/steam room facilities could open earlier just like the swimming pool

we didn't stay long enough for an evening meal but the breakfast was superb

we were two adults and two pre-teen kids; the double room was very comfortable and practical (two bathrooms,
big double bed, we fit 2 adults and 2 kids (2 and 4 years old) in the same bed, everything else was as very good
