the bar could be in a better place
have liked a kettle in the room - room service was fine, but prefer little independence on making a cup of tea
besides the staff- the lounge sitting area and bar in the hotel are extremely quiet, to the point to where you
a bit of revamp the inspector needs to put back some love and care the bar is very sparse breakfast is disappointing
liked the meet & greet, the valet parking, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and nothing was too much

there were a lot of spiders insider. kids were feeling scared
there seems to be (just) enough parking space outside (it can get busy)

parking was at times a little tight - large car park which fills up quickly as the pub (bar) is

but, the kids slept great so it must just be that particular bed
there was only one shower for 4 couples and kids
charge for two small, non-shedding dogs quite high ( 45) i would argue they made less mess than kids

to the beach, walked down to portreath beach a few times didn t take too long even with 2 kids ud83eudd23 nice
the play park was ideal for kids
property was lovely and spacious the kids also loved the stay
although the pool wasn't very big, both adults and kids had a fantastic time

the dogs received a warm welcome and the kids were happy, so we were happy
loads of activities for kids to go about to enjoying themselves inside the hotel while the adults can relax

all was fine. shame don t do a 3 room so i can bring my two kids without another adult

bonus, the kids' playroom is the best i've ever seen at any hotel (and one of the only)

we enjoyed the food at the restaurant (bit pricey though) it would be nice if there was a kids menu with lower

shop was great - lovely coffee/ food - preferred it to the food at tullo, but my husband and kids loved the
