the staff were beyond accommodating, especially lori at the front desk/reception (my kids adored her), jorge
was overpriced for being a mile away from the beach- a room service burger was $27, kids sliders at the pool
staff is very friendly, resort is clean, food is great, several activities for kids in the kids club or kids
there is no 'adult' pool it was filled with little kids
noise from the kids

goff cove beach is a must if you have little kids which is down the path to the right of the resort

this was a weekend trip and we had little kids who wanted to swim
put us in room 715 directly above the nightclub, two kids and a grandma didn't get to sleep until 1:30 am,
pm and they started what sounded like a domestic disturbance with several adults shouting and kids crying and
outside bar - not enough comfortable seating and happy hour ended too early
big room on the 3rd floor that overlooks the pool area
