- other guests have no respect, their kids litteraly scream at any hour of the day and they wo'nt do anything
perfect location, very calm and beautiful. good relax zones, very good for stying with kids
facilities were nice, but it felt like the whole place was run by a bunch of kids
kids could play different games, ping pong, billiards, they have met other kids, there's plenty of
spectacular views to the lake, very pleasant and tranquil. game room was good to entertain kids.

the pool with warm water should be bigger and separate kids from adults
breakfast doesn't start until 8:00am which is hard if you are traveling with kids
the heated pool is awesome and there's a great playing area in the pool for kids
the pool areas are extremely noisy with very loud music and screaming kids
very dangerous if you have kids

comfortable parking area, and quite large
they accomodated us with an early breakfast on the day of our swim competition, which was really appreciated
de guatape and the restaurant on site provided amazing scenic views while you eat the included breakfast (which
fantastic view of both rock and lake, i enjoyed the hot tub for an hour and it was super hot, breakfast which
they serve breakfast and lunch

it was nice to have a service of laundry and kayak renting
having a clean water station to refill my water bottle would be nice. wifi does not reach rooms.
