we sadly didn't have time for breakfast or the soft play which would have been lovely for the kids
control- window opened but out onto car park, where people were having their post-pub chats and kids were using
the stay was great rooms very clean. staff were great and kids had a great time
very friendly and helpful, hotel clean and comfortable, good pub/restaurant attached with kids play area
we ate in the noisy restaurant even though it was almost empty, seemed like all the kids & parents were shouting

and spa were really nice however lots of kids at 7pm in the pool
no offence to parents, but kids screaming in the pool area isn't anyone's idea of calm, spa experience, more
we had the deluxe with connecting room for the kids which was great
so easy to get to and tonnes of space for the kids
were too high i guess - i was expecting a spa but more of a swimming pool vibe including full of kids, hopefully

room was big, the bed was comfy, the bar was great with a variety of craft ales and it was in a perfect location
for a saturday night but once pub emptied all was quiet tea and coffee and breakfast bars and wifi very good
parking was available at the rear of the pub
it was in an ideal location for our purposes, with free parking
s a niggle but not a deal breaker, you can hear the bar atmosphere a little bit

helpful staff location discounted car parking at cabot circus lighting in the room was good for kids sleeping
they always talk to my kids and make them feel welcome and 'grown up'
perfect for a night away from the kids for some rest and relaxation
the lobby was great, friendly staff l, plenty of space and kids had a great fun
after explaining the false alarm for us to locate the cancel button then lay down rules for the kids

the room was convenient for a family with 2 kids
staff were excellent with my two kids, aged 5 & 8
the room was big enough for our family ( 2 adults and 2 kids ) comfy beds ,nice size bathroom and kitchen corner
family rooms have really comfortable pull out beds for our kids and plenty of room
accommodating to the kids and the dog

nice staff , restaurant has a play space for kids, so for family with kids is excellent
a space for kids to be able to play out side there is a small grasses area but as it s on main road they
time visiting for a night away with the kids
