helpful staff location discounted car parking at cabot circus lighting in the room was good for kids sleeping

they always talk to my kids and make them feel welcome and 'grown up'

we didn't pay for breakfast as it's seemed steep for 2 adults and 2 kids, 15 per head

accommodating to the kids and the dog

the room was big enough for our family ( 2 adults and 2 kids ) comfy beds ,nice size bathroom and kitchen corner

the kids' facilities in the reception are also a game changer

great staff, great food, very nice for kids

staff were excellent with my two kids, aged 5 & 8

enjoyed the bar and food, large bed was excellent, staff really good

the rooms are above the bar and very accessible

the bed, the tea/coffee facilities, free breakfast items and the late check out.
