kids club was exceptional, rooms were clean, spectacular staff, gorgeous pool, loved the beach
out of 4 restaurants, 3 restaurants accepted kids under 12

too many screaming kids
performances (mostly 9 pm) were too late for our kids so we didn't catch any of them
wifi signal in the room very unstable and not flexible on checkout time
travel often and this is the first hotel where you had to pay for wifi
i do not think things could be improved upon except wifi should not be charged for.

and that you can use the facilities on the second tower, where you can find heated pools for kids and
it s a family hotel so be ready for kids and a lot of people in the pool
also the smokers sitting at the bar beside the kids pool, all the smoke was going towards the kids
we wouldn't stay there again as there were too many kids, the pool was not heated and in an awkward location

the 3 kids were in tight quarters, but nonetheless loved the hotel
get a little loud due to the bar next door, but isn t late and doesn t prevent you from sleeping
the wifi was great and strong - i was able to conduct multiple work video calls from my room
they also have a nice outdoor lounge area with complimentary coffee tea and snacks and a gym area too

of the renovation, there was only one restaurant option, and the buffet was not as extensive for kids to pick
few times, but there has been some kind of weather issue causing larger waves than usual, so the kids never got
