the bar is good value for food & drink & staff are lovely
understandably the restaurant and bar facilities were very minimal during the current situation
tea/coffee making facility or mini bar in room
could not get coffee until 1730 when bar is opened.

wish the pool was heated as is very cold. didn't stop the kids but did the adults
pool is great with fences to avoid the kids going in the deep pool, the floor pool and the seats are in great

has everything you need clean and tidy, great for the kids close to shops bars and the beach

rooms are spacious (we were two adults and two kids 2 & 9) pull out beds could be more comfortable

liked everything about the place couldnt have asked for a better holiday for the kids the food was good our room
if you looking for a good all round accommodation with plenty for kids to do and a good variety of food then

one of the lifeguards are on the slides was brilliant with the kids
with massive 20kg suitcase and bags pushing a special needs child in her buggy and 3 small kids in tow to sort

access to the zoo and water park great to entertain kids without having to travel out if
kids are well looked after by animators, and there are several playgrounds, mini-zoo, mini-shop and
will definetly return here as the kids were entertained from morning until night

as a family we can t leave the kids by themselves because they were under 10 years old so it would be good
took 3 teenage kids and everyone said the best holiday they ve ever had

pool was freezing needed to be a little more warmer so kids could enjoy it more

3 nights before we figured out there were 2 entertainment lounges at night one was mainly for kids and families
brilliant we went on a couples trip for a few chilled day and loved it enough that are taking the kids back next

it's essentially a one-stop resort where everything is included especially their new kidsdom concept,
the kids club hours are very short although the people that work there are wonderful
kids allowed in the spa
we went in off season so a lot of the activities for kids weren t available
the check-in online did not save us from waiting in the line (not really short one) the in-door kids playground
